This traditional Yorkshire town is steeped in farming history with a beautiful lake and a weekly farmers market. A great base for exploring York and the Wolds as well as the beautiful picturesque Yorkshire coast 30 miles. Discover amazing cycle routes along the Pocklington canal or the York Wolds Way. Watch out for brilliant events held at the beautiful Castle Howard or delve into the vibrant festival city of York with a pub for every day of the year and every kind of restaurant you could imagine. Enter this beautifully designed cottage to the large hallway this leads through into the impressive lounge/kitchen with a wood burner and original features. The kitchen features a large island perfect for dinner preparation dining or card games.
