This stone cottage was once part of the National Trusts Lanhydrock Estate with its 900 acres of parkland for you to explore just under a mile away. Positioned just 3 miles from Cardinham Woods with endless walking and cycling trails for the adventurers amongst you. The Eden Project and Kidzworld adventure play are only 8 miles away. Visit Charlestown or Padstow fishing villages with plenty of restaurants or head to the beach for a day of sand castles and swimming at Carlyon bay or Par Sands all within 20 miles. Step inside this cosy welcoming cottage with wonderful character throughout and hang up our outerwear. The country-style style kitchen/dining area is equipped with everything you ll need including a dining table making this a wonderful social space for everyone. The lounge is just as cosy with exposed beams walls and deep sills with plenty of seating to gather around the wood burner to play games or watch the Smart TV. Upstairs into the eaves are vaulted ceilings and even more character. You ll find three bedrooms two with an en-suite. The bunk room is ideal for children with a sofa bed if required and there s an additional shower room to complete the accommodation. Heading outside to the rear the enclosed garden is landscaped with a patio terrace and pergola with a private hot tub perfect to sink into after a long day. Relax on the outdoor seating with the BBQ on the go. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double, 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed. 3 bathrooms 1 with shower and WC, 1 en suite with shower room and WC, 1 en suite with shower over bath and WC. Private hot tub (please be advised the hot tub usage is restricted to 10pm to respect the neighbours adjoining the property). Located next to a working farm.
