Tucked away in the small village of Greetland on the outskirts of the Sowerby Bridge this is the perfect base for families and friends looking for a countryside retreat with a range of local pubs all within a mile. Explore the 50 miles of moors and valleys along the stunning Calderdale Way. Set between the Peak District and surrounded by traditional Yorkshire market towns there is plenty to see and do. The Historic mill and minster town of Halifax is 3 miles away home to the historic Piece Hall and Shibden Hall where Gentleman Jack is filmed with cobbled streets to explore as well as restaurants bars and shops. Walk through into the spacious entrance hall where you will find a utility room that is perfect for muddy boots the downstairs WC and the large cinema room to kick back with snacks and popcorn to watch your favourite film on a rainy day. Through into the contemporary but country-style kitchen fitted with an AGA and everything else you need. The vast island is ideal for preparing a family Sunday roast to enjoy eating together around the table under the chandelier in the dining room.
