Introduction

This fantastic detached stone cottage is situated in a courtyard and is part of a fabulous complex of 11 offering pool facilities as well as wonderful woodland walks and wildflower meadows. This is a perfect Cornish break situated between the coastal villages of Polperro and Polruan you will be spoilt for choice of where to ramble via the stunning Southwest Coast Path. Polruan is a 2-mile walk and offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour or perhaps a cream tea in the local cafe. Here you can take the passenger ferry and venture across to Fowey with its quaint streets full of boutique shops cafes pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (12.9 miles) The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.4 miles). Enter this one level cottage straight from the courtyard and into its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers comfortable seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Pop your feet up on the reclining sofas in front of the open fire whilst watching all your favourite programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook a good breakfast for the day ahead. The three bedrooms are accessed off of a small corridor and offers a double bed dressing table and TV for you to enjoy as well as two single bedrooms with trundle beds (suitable for children up to 16 years). Completing this fabulous cottage is the family shower room. Outside is an allocated patio area with BBQ and garden and table and chairs the perfect spot to dine alfresco after a long day out exploring. Swimming pool winter opening 30/10/22 10/02/23. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/23. There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). Patio area with seating at the front of the cottage with BBQ. Complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.4 miles and beach within 5 miles. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower & unlimited dog towels.
