The perfect Cornish Break. Situated between the coastal villages of Polperro and Polruan you will be spoilt for choice of where to ramble via the stunning Southwest Coast Path. Polruan a 2-mile walk offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour or a cream tea in the local cafe. Here you can take the passenger ferry and venture across to Fowey with its quaint streets full of boutique shops cafes pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (13 miles) The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles)and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.5 miles). Enter this stunning cottage along its own pathway and into its own entrance. this reversed living cottage makes the most of the countryside views by offering an open-plan lounge/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up in front of the wood burner whilst watching all your favourite programs. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to pack up a good lunch or cook an evening meal after a day lazing by the pool. The main bathroom is off of the dining area. The two bedrooms are placed downstairs on the ground floor and offer a king-size bedroom with a dressing table and TV for you to enjoy whilst next door is a twin bedroom (can be made into a super-king on request) and also has a TV. Both have access to the handy Jack and Jill en-suite WC. Outside is a garden with patio area BBQ and garden furniture the perfect spot to dine alfresco after a long day out exploring whilst taking in the fabulous rolling countryside views. There is also access to the main shared garden. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin zip and link bed (can be made up as a super king size on request). 1 bathrooms 1 upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 Jack & Jill en suite WC. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/22). There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has sun loungers, a patio area and allocated garden furniture and a BBQ. The complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park.
