Located in a peaceful residential spot this property is within walking distance of the little white town of Bideford. Here you will find an historic pannier market antique shops a tree-lined quay and selection of cafes. Once you have finished exploring Bideford continue to Westward Ho! where you will find two miles of sandy beach picturesque cliff-top walks and a multitude of eateries and entertainment facilities. Walkers should take to Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks which are both within easy reach and offer stunning scenery along the way. Other nearby attractions include the cobbled village of Clovelly The Milky Way and Lundy which can be visited by boat. Inside the house has been designed and decorated in a contemporary style to offer clean and spacious open-plan accommodation complete with plenty of home comforts. Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen which is large enough for many hands to make light work and contains an electric oven gas hob dishwasher and microwave. Next door a utility room houses a sink washer/dryer and American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. Dine at the large table which overlooks the garden through bi-folding patio doors that can be left open to create an al fresco feel. For a cosy night in retreat to the large lounge to unwind on one of the comfortable sofas while making the most of the TV/DVD. The four bedrooms have all been fitted with TV for those long and lazy mornings. Both the master king-size bedroom and the second king-size bedroom benefit from an en-suite bath or shower room while a double and a twin room share spacious bathroom with shower attachment. While younger guests will enjoy the pool table table football and air hockey table in the games room others might prefer a relaxing soak in the private hot tub or a session in the infrared sauna which has its own media system. Bi-folding doors in the dining area open onto a paved patio area with garden furniture to seat eight perfect for al fresco lunches overlooking the lawn and beautiful countryside beyond.
