Introduction

Ideally located close to some of North Devon s finest beaches Saunton and Croyde are popular with surfers and bathers alike. The regional towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are nearby with popular pannier markets. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy the Tarka Trail and walk through the surrounding landscape stunning in any season. In the height of summer a small eco-campsite pops up in one of the fields and cream teas are served from the summer house. A short car journey to the village of Umberleigh where the local pub nestles and all are welcome you will also find the community shop here which sells a range of produce. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens Dartington Crystal Lets Go Super Bowl Quince Honey Farm and The Milky Way Adventure Park. As you enter this stylish and contemporary barn conversion the entrance hallway is the perfect place to wipe your paws and leave your walking boots behind you. Following on through the property you enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge relax on the large comfy sofas watch a film on the TV/DVD or have fun with all the family and enjoy a game on the Wii console. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer coffee machine and you don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. After a long day head upstairs to rest your head. Here you will find three bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom one and two are spacious doubles and bedroom three is of a good size and offers twin beds. The bathroom consists of a shower over bath and WC. Heading outside you will find the enclosed shared garden area that offers seating and a BBQ area. This area is perfect for meeting new people or just relaxing with the family on those beautiful sunny afternoons. Next door is the enclosed dog run the perfect space for your four-legged friend to enjoy their holiday. On arrival book the time slots for your use of the private hot tub and once the sun has gone down you can indulge in a dip it is situated in the shared garden area. This property offers two off-road parking spaces.
