This delightful cottage is in a great location for enjoying some of Devon and Cornwall s best attractions including the breath-taking scenery of Dartmoor Bude Canal and Splashpool The Eden Project Launceston Steam Railway and the Milky Way to name a few. The beautiful coast offers stunning National Trust cliff-top walks charming fishing villages long sandy beaches perfect for surfers and hidden coves waiting to be discovered. At Roadford Reservoir you can enjoy long walks and sailing or head to the market towns of Holsworthy and Launceston to shop for local produce. Traditional village pubs can be found in the local area and there is horse riding and golf within the area too. On the ground floor of this barn conversion you will find the kitchen/diner with oven and hob fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. The lounge/diner is equipped with a flat screen TV DVD hi-fi and wood burner. Guests will receive their first basket of logs for free to keep them warm and cosy. The bathroom with shower over bath is also located downstairs.
