There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including climbing hill-walking sailing water sports golf horse riding cycling and winter sports at the nearby Nevis Range. You can take a cruise on Loch Ness or visit the historic Urquhart Castle. Inverness is just 16 miles away and offers a wide choice of restaurants pubs museums theatres and shops.
