On a clear day the landscape to the Isle of Mull with Ben More in the foreground can be seen from the property with further views towards the Pap of Glencoe and the surrounding mountains. Nestled between Glencoe (6 miles) and Fort William (8 miles). Enjoy a ride on the famous Jacobite Steam Train from Fort William to Mallaig or travel up Aonach Mor in a fantastic mountain gondola at Nevis Range. The area is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and has been used as the backdrop for many famous films including Harry Potter Rob Roy Braveheart and James Bond s Skyfall. Whether you re hiking through rugged hills hurtling down mountain bike trails or meandering along the shoreline of the loch you re sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you with lots to see and do. Step inside and hang up your coats in the front porch and follow the hall through to open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner and enjoy the views overlooking the loch. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and watch a movie on the Smart TV and on those cooler evenings enjoy cosy nights in front of the roaring open fire. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm. On sunny evenings open the French doors and set the table and enjoy a meal with family and friends. There is a separate WC in the main hall. Heading up the stair to the first floor you have three light and bright double bedrooms two family bathrooms and a separate WC. Following the stair up to the second floor you have a lounge with a Smart Tv and amazing views and a twin bedroom. Outside the spacious garden which is mainly laid to lawn leads to the shore of the loch. It is the perfect area for children to play and relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. Relax in the private hot. The patio area has a picnic table and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing. . Need to know: 4 bedrooms 3 doubles and 1 twin room that has a zip in link bed that can be made up as super king on request. 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, 1 bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC and 2 separate WCs. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing mashing and dryer. Highchair and travel cot available. Open fire (first basket of logs included). Smart Tv in both the lounge and twin bedroom. Charcoal BBQ is provided in the summer months. Large garden with seating area and private hot tub. Parking on driveway for 3 cars. Shop 5 miles, pub 1.2 miles, restaurant 0.7 miles.
