Introduction

This wonderful property is located in the heart of the picturesque town of Innerleithen above a parade of local shops. The small town offers excellent amenities with an array of restaurants quirky shops and friendly pubs. Golfers can enjoy the beautiful Innerleithen course with the Cardrona and Peebles courses both within a short trip. Visit the nearby historic house of Traquair reputedly the oldest continuously inhabited house in Scotland. Mountain bikers will be thrilled with the red black and orange cross country and downhill trails at the 7staines in the Tweed Valley as well as trails in Glentress forest which will also appeal greatly to walkers hikers who are also well catered for with direct routes on the Southern Upland Way to explore. Fishermen will be delighted with the River Tweed close at hand renowned for its excellent salmon and trout fishing. Entering the townhouse into the beautiful hallway through to the splendid dining room with large table perfect for family gatherings and wood burner ideal for cosy nights in. Next you will find the well-equipped kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob dishwasher and microwave followed by the utility room with fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a separate WC located next door. Leading back through the hallway heading up the wonderful marble staircase you are met with the spacious light and bright lounge with TV/DVD and wood burner perfect for relaxing in the evening after a day of exploring the local area. Also located on the first floor is the beautiful master king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room no WC. There is a further king-size a double and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Finally completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside into the fully enclosed walled garden with courtyard perfect for al fresco dining you will find a fantastic private hot tub and seating area the private hot tub which is available to use until 10pm each night due to residential area. There is roadside parking available close to the property.
