Golfing enthusiasts can walk to the Royal North Devon Golf Club (0.8 miles) or on a calm day pop to the market town of Bideford (4 miles). Animal lovers could take a boat trip to the peaceful island of Lundy which lies just miles off the coast and is home to large colonies of puffins and seals. This property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the views from the lounge/kitchen/diner. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms one being a super- king-size which can be presented as a twin room if requested at the time of booking one double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC and a twin room.
