A beautifully styled lodge situated within the grounds of a Christmas Tree Farm in the village of Marldon offers stunning countryside views and central location to multiple sought after locations. Within 5 miles is the vibrant town of Totnes with unique shops restaurants cafes and wonderful market. Sandy beaches can be found less than 3 miles away in Paignton offering seaside entertainment and locally prepared food. Slightly further afield is the historic town of Dartmouth (10 miles) hop onboard the Ferry from Kingswear and cross the River Dart and visit a range of attractions including Dartmouth Castle Britannia Royal Naval College and the Dartmouth Steam Railway. If countryside is your haven Dartmoor National Park is 12 miles away and has an abundance of tranquil walks and scenery ready to explore.
