This lovingly restored village pub is set on the outskirts of Clynderwen – a small village with a collection of shops and a pub/restaurant. The area is very central for exploring the whole county. Head to nearby Narberth just 3 miles away with its selection of boutique shops cafes and art galleries. There are plenty of local walks including Minwear Woods (6 miles) the Rosebush Quarry and the Preseli Hills (9 miles) and miles of beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore. For a day at the seaside head to pretty Amroth (8.2 miles) with its pebble backed golden sand beach and selection of seafront bars and takeaways. For fun days out for the family head to Folly Farm (6.8 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (6.8 miles). As you enter the property you are welcomed into a beautiful open-plan kitchen/diner. The contemporary kitchen area and breakfast bar offer the perfect entertaining space for the family to relax and enjoy a meal together. There s also cosy armchair seating an electric fire and a Smart TV. Head down the hallway corridor and you will find the lounge with its beautifully restored vaulted ceiling and two sumptuous leather sofas to sink into and watch a movie on the Smart TV or perhaps read a book. The first of three bedrooms is also on the ground floor a king-size room with TV. Completing this level are the family bathroom utility room and separate WC. Head upstairs to the first floor and you will find a further two light and airy bedrooms a double and a twin room. The first floor also has use of an additional WC for convenience. Externally the property benefits from an enclosed courtyard on decorative gravel. There is an outdoor dining table for al fresco evenings too. Relax next to the pretty pond and enjoy the peace of the Pembrokeshire countryside. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double, 1 twin room. 1 bathroom 1 walk in shower with WC, 2 separate WC’s. Induction hob and steam oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Utility room American style fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Welcome pack provided. Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TV and Sky package in lounge, Smart TV in kitchen and TV in king size bedroom. DVD player.. Enclosed courtyard with decorative gravel and outdoor dining area. Driveway parking for 2 car with additional roadside parking available (subject to availability). Pub and shop within 1 mile. Beach 8.2 miles.. Please note there is a fenced pond in the garden children should be supervised at all times.. Please note from 1st January 2024 the change over day will be a Friday. Please note from 1st January 2024 there will be a hot tub at the property.
