Hop on the passenger ferry across to Instow (seasonal). Other attractions nearby include The Big Sheep (2.5 miles) The Milky Way and Wake Park (10 miles) or for those with stronger sea legs you could take the MS Oldenburg across to the island of Lundy. The accommodation is set over three floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor and there is access to a shower room with shower and WC. A further door from the hallway leads to the games room which has a dual games table (pool and air hockey) a dart board and some toys for younger children as well as a selection of board games and books. At the end of the hallway are two bedrooms both with king-size beds and Smart TVs and one giving access to the courtyard. Finishing off this floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up to the first floor you ll find a further three bedrooms again all with Smart TVs. Two of the rooms have zip-and-link super-king-size beds (which can be made into twins on request) and the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed with fabulous sea views and an en-suite shower room with WC. A family bathroom completes this floor and has a bath with separate shower and WC. A further set of stairs leads you to the impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This stylish living area allows you to cook eat chat and relax together. The kitchen includes an electric oven and induction hob combi microwave oven and grill fridge freezer dishwasher wine cooler and an island unit with granite work surfaces. The contemporary dining area seats ten comfortably. The lounge area is furnished with a large 40 Smart TV DVD player and CD player. Comfortable sofas and sliding balcony doors open to the sea and the beautiful coastline. Underfloor heating makes this a warm and cosy place to stay at any time of year. Outside to the rear of the property is a private courtyard with space to store surfboards and the outside hot shower can wash off sandy items after a day at the beach. There is garden furniture at the rear with hot tub and to the front there is a balcony furnished with rattan furniture. From here you can enjoy a drink and watch the sun set after a day exploring. Off-street parking for two cars is available on the driveway.
