This charming Lakeland converted farmhouse is situated it is set on a working farm surrounded by fells and in sight of Blencathra the Springtime here offers you a chance to watch the lambs playing in the fields. Threlkeld village is just over a mile away with a couple of lovely country pubs a cricket pavilion and a golf course. You can walk into the market town of Keswick which is 4 miles away along the footpath which runs along the old railway line. There is a good selection of independent shops restaurants and cafes. Annually Keswick holds the Mountain Festival which is a three-day event with world-class sports outdoor activities talks and films with live music. Derwentwater is only 12 miles away and offers some great water sports activities or why not visit one of the local distilleries. The property was renovated in 2023 to a very high standard.
