Introduction

This dog-friendly barn conversion has been tastefully refurbished to make this a very comfortable stay with the added luxury of the hot tub (available July 2024) where you can relax on your own decking after a busy day exploring. On your doorstep is the outstanding South West coastal path which offers spectacular views over the Bristol channel or take a trip out to Exmoor National Park only 12 miles and explore the woodland walks and magnificent moorlands. Enjoy surfing the waves at the award-winning seaside villages of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton sands (11 miles) with miles of golden sands. Only 1 mile from the pretty Lee Bay which is a great place to swim or kayak around the stunning coastline where you may spot a seal swimming around you or enjoy the rock pools. Hire a bike and take a safe off-road cycle ride on the Tarka trail all around the coast. Leave your car on the gravelled driveway and step down to the patio where you will be able to enter this delightful Barn conversion. The open plan lounge/dining room is a lovely light and airy space where you can relax and enjoy a movie or two on the Smart TV and on the warm days open up the patio doors. There is a laundry/boot room off the lounge. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to enjoy whipping up your favourite dishes and completing this floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Take the steps to the two bedrooms (please note there is restricted head height in places due to the sloping ceiling and beams). There is a twin room with access to the outside and a bathroom with a bath handheld shower and WC. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath handheld shower attachment and WC. Outside there is a patio with a hot tub (available from July 2024) and a charcoal BBQ where you can enjoy relaxing and dining alfresco. There is also a hot water outside shower to wash off your sandy feet and your sandy four-legged friends.
