Only 2 miles from the historic town of Hawick and within easy reach to the cities of Edinburgh and Carlisle with their excellent leisure and shopping facilities. There are numerous attractions and activities close by including salmon and trout fishing on the river Teviot and the famous river Tweed an array of splendid local golf courses and walkers hikers and mountain bikers are spoilt for choice with country tracks and forest trails including the Southern Upland way close at hand to explore. As you walk into the lodge you find a utility/cloak room then entering into the large bright open plan lounge and kitchen which opens up onto the private decking overlooking the open fields with a covered hot tub to sit back and relax in. From the kitchen area you will find two bedrooms 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC a twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Large enclosed decked balcony with seating area and private hot tub within large private grounds which you are free to explore. Ample off-road parking for up to two cars.
