BEAUTIFUL SETTING ON THE EDGE OF THE BRECON BEACONS WITH HOT TUB The unique detached barn is set within acres of rolling countryside where peace quiet and tranquillity is all yours for the stay. This property has been rebuilt keeping its carbon footprint in mind with ground source heat pump and UV panels. Located near Sennybridge which has numerous pubs and services providing everyday essentials or head to Brecon for a proper Welsh town complete with cathedral regimental museum cinema mountaineering shops and bike hire. Hay-on-Wye is a favourite with independent stores cafes bike hire and a weekly Thursday morning market. Great walking and cycling from the door including the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Epynt Way with miles of walking without needing to get in the car. Attractions nearby The National Showcave Centre for Wales in the heart of the Park with its Dinosaur Park and impressive underground caves. Craig-y-Nos Country Park is also a lovely family day out. Leisure facilities: private hot tub and gym with cross trainer running machine rowing machine small punch bag and free weights located in a separate barn. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 super-king-size with a balcony and en-suite bathroom with bath shower and WC and 2 doubles with 2 additional single pull out z-beds (only suitable for children) and Jack and Jill shower room: which is connected to both doubles with wet room style shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with wood burner (logs included) Sky TV and DVD. Kitchen area: with Aga gas wok burner steam oven microwave/grill American fridge/freezer washing machine coffee machine and dishwasher also a fully-equipped gym. Outside: enclosed garden with lawns to the front and side and a terrace at the rear with hot tub. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are also available seasonally. Amenities: ample parking. Bed Linen towels electric under floor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. The annexe : just a stride away from the main barn is the annexe which is available for groups larger than 6 wanting to come to the Barn and is only available to guests staying in the main barn. It is completely self-contained and includes: double bedroom plenty of living space its own kitchen plus a large double sofa bed. The annexe is charged at an additional 95 per night for up to four additional guests and if used must be booked for the entirety of your stay. Location: pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm departure 10am.
