Introduction

The farmhouse boasts direct access on to Cefn Bryn the backbone of the Gower and home of King Arthurs Stone. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty providing exceptional walking mountain biking and local hacking you can go for miles undisturbed by traffic with bridleways linking Welshmoor Common and Llanrhidian Marsh to the stunning beaches at Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Superb area for wildlife watching with wild ponies birds and sea life. Visit Weobley and Oxwich Castles The Gower Heritage Centre the National Botanic Gardens of Wales or head to the dry ski slope at Pembrey Country Park. Swansea city offers a range of shops culinary delights water sports activities Glynn Vivian Art Gallery and the National Waterfront Centre. Stylishly refurbished in 2017 with spacious rooms wonderful views and thoughtful little extras. The hall leads to the kitchen/diner ground floor shower room with WC and lounge with cosy coal effect gas fire TV and DVD. The kitchen area has all the equipment you need to rustle up a delicious meal or prepare a feast for the BBQ. You will find an electric oven and hob microwave large fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has the table perfectly positioned for the evening activity alongside the wood burner and comfy sofa with access to the large patio and garden. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. After a day exploring relax in a bubble bath or take an invigorating shower in the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To the front of the property is an enclosed paved patio looking towards the livery ménage and stable yard. To the rear of the property unwind with stunning views to Cefn Bryn enjoy alfresco dining on the patio with table and chairs take a dip in the private hot tub or relax in the shade of the trees and watch the horses in the fields. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable bicycle store and for those keen on riding the owner can offer a range of activities further information is available from the owner. There is ample parking available at the property.
