Introduction

An idyllic coastal retreat which is situated within a short walk from the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools playing in the surf building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants bars shops cafes amusements and also a championship golf course. There is much to see and do in the area with attractions which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Watermouth Castle. As you enter this unique reverse-level property you are met by four bedrooms two king-size with en-suite shower and WC one king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and a bunk bedroom. You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Following on through the property you are greeted by the light and airy games room which is equipped with a Smart TV and Xbox one. You also have a set of double doors within the room which lead into the garden area. As you walk upstairs you are greeted by the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts bi-folding doors to a large balcony area great for a morning cup of coffee. Within the lounge area you have ample seating Smart TV and DVD. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. You don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. Venturing outside you will find an enclosed rear garden area which boasts its very own private hot tub. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ perfect for outside dining. Off-road parking for two cars is available outside the property.
