Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep in cluding the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey Llain activity centre Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few. As you enter the property you will feel right at home to your right you will see the cosy lounge area the perfect spot to relax and talk about the days adventures leading on from the lounge area you will enter the sun room a relaxing place to unwind and read a book whilst enjoying the countryside views heading back through the open plan lounge area you will reach the kitchen/dining area with added wood burner a great social space to cook up a meal. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms all tastefully decorated the first is the bunk bedroom followed by the shower room with WC as you continue along the landing you will find the single bedroom and further king-size bedroom.
