Part of an original terrace just a short stroll into the heart of Bishops Castle this cottage offers an eclectic mix of old new and reclaimed offering a unique and ideal getaway for family and friends wishing to celebrate relax and enjoy what this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer. The market town of Bishop s Castle is surrounded by the South West Shropshire Hills. The ancient town offers a weekly market and an excellent variety of shops pubs and places to eat. It is famous for its annual Real Ale Festival Tandem Triathlon and many more frequent and renowned festivals and fairs. The town is ideally placed for walking and touring the Welsh Marches rural Shropshire and North Herefordshire while the fascinating and well-known towns of Montgomery Ludlow well known for its food festival and Shrewsbury are all within easy reach. You can also enjoy the numerous nearby attractions including Powis Castle the Severn Valley Railway and walks along Shropshire Way and other public footpaths at the end of the drive. When entering the property on the ground floor you will find the lounge with wood burner and TV. There is large cinema screen projector with BT sport and Netflix (HDMI lead compatible only) and mini bar. The property has a well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric range cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. You will also find a utility room with washing machine and a shower and WC on the ground floor. The accommodation offers 4 bedrooms 1 king-size with balcony and en-suite shower room with shower and WC 1 double and 1 twin (zip and link that can be made into king size if requested at time of booking) 1 double on the second floor. You will also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the first floor.
