Slightly further afield St Ives is within an easy drive and has many chic shops bars and restaurants as a pretty harbour. Or maybe you will have a day trip to the Scilly Isles from Penzance Airport. This stunning and luxurious property is the perfect place to retreat with family or friends and a stay here will give you a true break from real life. The inverted layout of the property means that all of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with super king bed is en-suite with French doors opening out to the decking and garden. A second bedroom with a double bed has a modern en-suite shower room with doors which lead out to the large rear garden. A third en-suite room with a double bed also has doors leading out to the garden and connects with a children s bunk room. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. The main bathroom is a hi-spec design with a freestanding bath separate large rainfall shower and WC. Take the stairs to the open-plan living area which really makes the most of its first-floor position with its glass gable end giving views across the garden and leading out onto the balcony. The owners have really paid attention to detail with a hammock chair and wood burner making this a relaxing space in which to take advantage of the TV/DVD. On the other side of the lounge/diner/kitchen is the well-equipped kitchen with electric rangemaster oven and hob microwave wine cooler Nespresso megimix coffee machine dishwasher washer/dryer and large American fridge/freezer with ice machine. Outside too this property is very well-appointed. The 0.4 hectares of gardens are replete with sunken hot tub large outside dining space an enclosed pond with bridge children s play area and large lawns. The gardens include a Scandinavian style barbecue lodge with seating for 16 people. As you would expect there Is plentiful off-road parking.
