Beautiful detached property located in a charming village with use of a BBQ hut. This delightful property set within 3 acres with a gentle unfenced stream bordering the land makes the perfect base for touring the area. Enjoy lovely walks along country lanes or to the village inn which is a 5 minutes stroll away and offers a range of good food. There is much to see and do in the area including fishing shopping at the world famous designer outlet at Bicester Village which is a 10 minutes drive the Cotswolds with its picturesque villages Warwick Castle Waddesdon Manor Blenheim Palace and numerous National Trust properties and gardens Silverstone Henley for its Regatta Oxford with its spires and much more. Bicester Hotel Golf Club and Spa are only a short drive. Even a day trip to London is very accessible on the train. In the evenings enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn see the resident alpacas in the adjoining field or enjoy a glass of wine in the attractive gardens. Guests are invited to enjoy the generous shared enclosed gardens with a hot tub and fire pit next to the pond and stream. Use of BBQ hut available.
