Introduction

The small town of Newburgh about two miles away has a bakery butchers pub and the Lindores Abbey Distillery which offers whisky and champagne afternoon teas. Perfectly located to visit the picture postcard Fife towns and coastline. St Andrews boasts world class golf courses Culross Palace offers a fascinating day out the Kelpies a sight not to miss or why not visit The Scottish Deer Centre home to twelve species of deer and other animals from the Scottish countryside. A great location to explore the outdoors the area has a wealth of activities including horse riding cycling water sports and fishing. Park your car and walk through the pretty enclosed courtyard which features an enticing hot tub. Entering the house the ground floor WC is off the lobby proceed through to the contemporary open-plan kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave Nespresso coffee machine fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer wine cooler and views across the valley. The feature beech breakfast bar leads you up into the lounge/dining area which is bright and contemporary with a lovely feature table and chairs. There is a corner sofa cosy wood burner and window seat adjacent to the fire to sit back relax and enjoy the views or enjoy a film on the Smart TV/DVD with sound bar. The lounge has large arched floor to ceiling windows which open directly onto the courtyard. Heading back through the kitchen and up the stairs to the open-plan first floor you will discover the perfect way to relax and unwind. Within this area you will find a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with a beautiful custom-made tweed headboard which dominates the luxury feel to this bedroom with Smart TV dressing table and fitted wardrobe. The glass balustrade separates the huge master suite which features a double ended freestanding stone bath under floor heating double rain showers bespoke sauna and separate WC. Outside in the enclosed courtyard you can enjoy al fresco dining or a glass of fizz in the hot tub while star gazing. There is a charcoal BBQ and herb garden the courtyard is lit when dark to give it a vibrant but romantic feel. Leaving the courtyard you will find a private parking area which will accommodate two cars there is a private area for drying clothes and concealed bike racks.
