Enjoy swimming cycling fishing canoeing and even learn to surf at Surf Snowdonia travel at 60mph on Europe s largest zip wire at Zipworld or go underground in the mines. Attractions include Caernarfon Castle Conwy Castle Bodnant Gardens Electric Mountain and the Slate Mines to name but a few. Just perfect for an action packed or relaxing holiday with friends and family. This beautifully designed house has the comfort of underfloor heating on the ground floor and every window has breath-taking views over Snowdonia National Park. The well-equipped contemporary kitchen has all the equipment you need with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is light and airy creating a superb space to prepare a meal with the added benefit of a chair by the feature fireplace with wood burner to peruse the cookery books to help plan your menu. Everyone can gather round the perfectly positioned dining table to enjoy a meal catch up on the latest news or play a board game. Continue through to the spacious lounge flooded with natural light from the patio doors and access to the balcony. Settle on the large comfy sofas plan your activities for tomorrow lose yourself in a good book or watch a film on the TV/DVD please be prepared to be distracted by the wonderful views! Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with TV s luxury bed linen and soft towels. You will find a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC a further king-size and a twin bedroom. Take time for a bubble bath in the bathroom with freestanding bath and WC. Step outside and into the games room with football table TV X-Box and separate WC. There is also the washing machine and plenty of space for your boots and coats in this room. Also outside you will find the hot tub (available 1st April – 31st October annually) on the top paved terrace with wonderful views leading down to the patio area with furniture and BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. There is plenty of space for outside games. If you are keen on cycling and boating there is a secure storage for your bike and ample room to store your canoe. There is ample private parking at the property.
