Introduction

Lovingly decorated to have a homely country feel this lovely farmhouse is perfectly situated within idyllic grounds in a complex of four cottages. Its rural location lends itself to being a tranquil retreat for those who love the countryside but also want to be close to other amenities and attractions. The seaside town of Bude is only a few miles away and the beaches of Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven are within close driving distance. The ground floor is made up of two lounge areas and an open-plan kitchen/diner. The first lounge is warm and welcoming with sofas armchairs and a TV/DVD. Onto the kitchen/diner the long room represents a typical farmhouse style featuring a large dining table to seat up to six people and a TV. At the other side of the room is the kitchen which comprises of a Rayburn electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and hot drinks machine. The second lounge has more seating with garden views enjoying unrivalled scenery over the countryside. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the first has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC the second has a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) while the third room has twin zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a king-size on request). There is also a large family bathroom on this floor with bath separate walk-in shower and WC. The property is situated within 50 acres of private ground which means outside there s plenty of space for whatever you choose to do. The main garden area of the cottage has a patio garden furniture a BBQ and a hot tub overlooking the beautiful countryside hills. There is also ample off-road parking. The utility area can be found in the outhouse which has a sink washing machine and tumble dryer.
