Introduction

Ceredigion is well known for its unspoilt coastline dolphin and seal spotting water sports stunning countryside and the majestic Cambrian Mountains. Enjoy swimming fishing kayaking and wildlife watching boat trips along Cardigan Bay. Aberystwyth offers a plethora of shops eateries historic sites museums galleries and events. Attractions include Wales only silver mine a 1920 s steam train on the Vale of Rheidol railway and Wales largest arts centre not forgetting the beautiful beach marina and a selection of water sports on offer. Within easy reach you can enjoy the dramatic waterfalls at Devil s Bridge explore the local cycle paths walk along the stunning Ceredigion coastal path and climb the Cambrian Mountain range. The back door leads straight into the dining room with feature bread oven wood burner and TV though the dining table takes centre stage with room for everyone to gather round. The contemporary kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal with electric oven and hob dishwasher microwave and American style fridge/freezer alongside a washing machine and tumble dryer. The accommodation is full of period features and all the thoughtful little extras for your holiday. Relax in the decadent lounge with an imposing feature fireplace wood burner comfortable sofas and Smart TV. On the ground floor you will also find the lovely double bedroom with TV and Jack and Jill wet room with shower and WC. Going upstairs to four luxurious bedrooms all with TVs one king-size with additional single bed and elegant en-suite shower room with WC one twin and a further two king-size. You will also find the spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Head back down the stairs into the porch with coat hooks and a handy bench and access to the garden. This lovely garden has lawn mature trees and open views over the rolling countryside. Unwind in the hot tub play garden games enjoy al fresco dining on the patio area with charcoal BBQ table and chairs embrace the view or just lose yourself in a good book. There is ample private parking for five cars and a lockable bike rack.
