Further along the coast is the iconic St Michaels Mount as well as the pretty fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole where you can sample the catch of the day and browse the many independent boutiques. Families looking for a fun day out should head to The Wildlife Sanctuary Flambards Theme Park or the National Sea Sanctuary all just a short drive away. Inside this farmhouse exudes Cornish charm in every room. The traditional kitchen boasts slate flooring exposed beams and an oil-fired range oven. With a large dining table in the centre of the room this is a sociable space for entertaining and also includes an electric hob and oven combination microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and extra built-in fridge while the utility room next door houses a sink and drainer washing machine and tumble dryer. For more formal affairs there is a dining room with a Victorian ornamental fireplace reclaimed panelling and oak flooring. The light and airy sitting room features stained-glass windows and is the perfect space to relax as a family on the leather sofas while making the most of the wood burner TV/DVD with Freeview and hi-fi. There are five bedrooms in this house a master king-size with en-suite bathroom a queen size bed that can be converted into two singles on request a double a twin and a ground floor double. The bedrooms are spacious light and airy and all benefit from the inclusion of TVs perfect for lazy mornings. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with oak flooring a luxurious roll-top bath and WC. You will find a shower room and WC on the ground floor also. Outside large enclosed lawn gardens provide plenty of space to play and are perfect for dogs while the extensive slate patio area with furniture is ideal for al fresco meals. A private hot tub offers ultimate relaxation with a view of the surrounding countryside while the impressive BBQ lodge sauna and private games room will keep everyone happy and provide endless entertainment throughout your stay.
