Introduction

Nestled in a peaceful and private position with spectacular sea views in the bustling seaside town of Oban. The town boasts an excellent range of independent and bespoke shops quality eateries friendly inns and a fantastic Atlantis Leisure Centre with a swimming pool gym climb cube tennis and children s soft play area. Visit the historic McCaig s Tower and the fascinating War & Peace Museum or enjoy a tour around the local distillery all within half a mile of this cottage. Take boat trips from Oban s harbour and visit an array of wonderful islands including Mull Staffa Iona and the Treshnish Isles. Enjoy Seafari marine wildlife boat trips and spot whales dolphins seals otters eagles and gannets or take a boat to the amazing Gulf of Corryvreckan home to the world s third-largest whirlpool! Step inside this stylish period house nestled in an elevated position with spectacular sea views over Oban s Bay from the spacious enclosed decked area into the large hall. To your left is a lounge with amazing sea views Smart TV and a feature fireplace. On your right is the main light and bright lounge with a Smart TV and more fantastic views. Directly followed by the sunroom with dining area and direct access out to the enclosed decked area again with splendid sea views to enjoy! Next is a lovely king-size bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Continuing through the hall you are met with the well-equipped kitchen the perfect place to cook with an electric range oven and gas hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher followed by the handy utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer fridge and direct access out to the rear of the house and parking area. Completing the ground floor is the lovely snug with a Smart TV and a shower room with shower and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor there is a super-king-size bedroom with coastal views TV and en-suite shower room with WC.
