Retreat 3169 – Bude, Cornwall

Introduction

Set just inland from the north coast in the village of Poughill perfectly located for a family holiday with the seaside town of Bude situated close by. The town boasts a wide range of shops restaurants craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches and many more leisure facilities to choose from. The north coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and fishing villages such as Clovelly Boscastle and Port Isaac. Family attractions include The Milky Way The Big Sheep Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes which provides water sports fishing and great walks. Upon arrival enter into the hallway a perfect place for your sun hats and sandals to walking boots and wellingtons. Just off from the hallway is the lounge/diner with large French doors showcasing the fabulous sea view in the distance. The lounge/dining area is a great place to relax after a day exploring watch the sun go down or just sink into the sofa and enjoy your favourite movie on the TV. The kitchen area again just off from the central hallway is well-equipped and perfect for all your holiday home cooking comprising of electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms one double and one twin are both are stylishly furnished and have TV s. There is also a shower room with a shower and WC. Heading outside there is a lovely enclosed rear garden with decking that can be accessed from the lounge and has a sunken hot tub the perfect place to unwind on those summer evenings. Located in a laundry shed in the garden is the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is off-road parking provided for two cars.
