Introduction

A great holiday home near the village centre of Balloch you can be sure of a fantastic break with family or friends in this lodge. The village is often referred to as the gateway to the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and has excellent travel links to Glasgow (20 miles). For those who fancy sampling some whiskey both Auchentoshan (11.5 miles) and Glengoyne Distillery (16 miles) are worth a visit. If you re looking for something a bit more family oriented Mugdock Country Park has 270 hectares of woodland heathland and moorland to explore or for something a bit more high-octane there is Xcite (20 miles) which is packed with places to eat drink and play including a cinema laser station ten pin bowling and adventure golf. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall where you can hang your coats and take off your muddy shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable open-plan lounge/diner relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Dine with your guests around the large table that seats 10 comfortably. Continuing back through the hallway you are then met with the well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer open the French doors leading directly outside while enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast table. Next is the lovely double bedroom and finally completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Head up the stairs and you will find three light and bright bedrooms one king-size and one twin both of which have en-suite shower rooms and completing the bedrooms is a double. Venturing outside there is a communal pathway running along the back of the courtyard across from this is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with your own hot tub bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is ample parking at the front of the property in the courtyard. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 king size, 2 doubles and 1 twin. 3 bathrooms 1 shower room and WC and 2 en suite shower rooms and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cots and highchair available. Smart TV in Lounge. Garden with seating, gazebo and BBQ. Private Hot Tub charged at 250 per week, payable before arrival (available from 10am 10pm daily). Please note this property has external CCTV cameras. Off road private parking for 3 cars.
