The cottages are equidistant between the seaside town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster and the beautiful Trough of Bowland. A short drive away is the popular seaside destination of Blackpool with its Pleasure Beach zoo grand theatre and winter gardens there is something to cater to the whole family.

Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to explore the grounds and relax in the wildlife area with seating and a wild flower meadow and adjoining paddock and also fish in the large wildlife pond stocked for course fishing. Games room: with pool table. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included.

Additional info: It is recommended guests bring their own rods and fishing equipment and guests will require a rod licence (can be purchased from post office or via environmental agency website). 2 dogs welcome. Location: pub and shop 2 miles. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 2 doubles both with en-suite wet room with shower and WC and balconies. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and Smart TV. Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob dishwasher fridge and freezer.

Utility room: with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs WC. Outside: patio area and adjoining shared wildlife area and paddocks.
