Introduction

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views over St Ives Bay and Island with Mount Bay in the distance within its own extensive grounds with excellent walks down to the nature reserve and local beaches. The accommodation is in an excellent position to enjoy the Lizard Peninsula and Falmouth and the hugely attractive and popular St Michael s Mount. A trip around the Castle of St Michael is great day out for historian and view seekers alike. The climb to the top of the mount is well-worth the effort for the views across the bay. Other attractions in the area include the Paradise Wildlife Park the Minack Theatre Mousehole Geevor Mine and Levant Mine and Flambards Theme Park to name a few. On the Lizard you can visit the sleepy village of Mullion Cove or have a coffee at the British mainland s most southerly tip Lizard Point visit Roskilly s Ice Cream farm where you can taste amazing ice cream and see the farm animals or go surfing at the ghostly Gunwalloe Cove. Stepping inside this stunning property you will immediately find yourself in the impressively spacious kitchen. Perfectly appointed this useful room offers a central island/breakfast bar AGA additional electric range oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher; and further to this a washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the adjacent utility. Venturing further inside you will then discover the first of the relaxed reception rooms a beautifully presented lounge with a Smart TV with BT TV (including BT Sports and Sky Cinema) wood burner and French doors which lead to a separate conservatory/garden room with seating. On the other side of the ground floor a similar arrangement takes shape in the form of a games/play room with a Smart TV and French doors from here lead into the spacious dining room with additional sofa seating and fabulous garden views. The rest of the ground floor comprises two useful shower rooms with WC and the first of the pretty bedrooms – a generously proportioned super-king room with French doors to outside an en-suite wet-room with WC. Heading up the stairs and onto the split level first floor further sleeping accommodation is on offer in the form of two king-size bedrooms both boasting access to a large enclosed balcony with seating and two bunk bedrooms (both of which offer an additional single bed). Located next to these first floor rooms is a shower room with WC and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Located outside and to the rear of the property there is a large gently sloping lawn garden with a generously proportioned decked patio area garden furniture and a BBQ and this provides a perfect place for the whole family to relax after a day exploring. Further to this guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool covered with a retractable glass enclosure giving guests the versatility to use an indoor and outdoor pool whatever time of year it may be. There is also a large patio area around the pool a hot tub and a wooden decked area leading to a Swedish-style BBQ cabin suitable for about 14 people. Children are also well catered for by a large play field with a trampoline climbing frame football area and water slide (weather permitting). Ample off-road parking is available in the car park next to the property.
