A short drive from Aberystwyth in the heart of Cardigan Bay with the sea river and vibrant town. The town is full of historic sites museums galleries shops and restaurants not forgetting the beach marina cliff railway and Wales only silver mine visitor attraction. Within easy reach you can enjoy dramatic waterfalls take a trip on the steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway explore the woods and countryside or try one of the many water sports on offer.

Friends and family can enjoy time together relax and embrace the scenery and culture or enjoy a more active adventure with the very best Ceredigion has to offer. The front door opens in to the spacious lounge/diner with feature fireplace open fire TV exposed beams and dining table. Through the door ahead is the kitchen which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Enjoy a leisurely bath in the stylish bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Whatever the weather there is lots of space to enjoy a meal together play board games watch a film on the TV maybe light the open fire or test your skills in the games room. Stepping outside you can relax in the swim spa read a book in the sun room or sit back in the enclosed garden with lawn area. There is also a covered gazebo patio area with seating fire pit and charcoal BBQ.
