Introduction

On the outskirts of a quiet village in the picturesque surroundings of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales with lots going on nearby. Enjoy spending time outdoors in the mountains on the beach or trying out a range of sports and activities including walking climbing cycling horse riding golf fishing swimming and surfing. Visit the historic town of Conwy with its castle harbour shops and eateries and Victorian Llandudno with its pier theatre shops and eateries both within easy reach. As are many attractions which include National Trusts Bodnant Gardens the Dutch Pancake House the Great Orme Tramway the Welsh Mountain Zoo and the island of Anglesey. Drive up the private road to this Georgian house. Walk through the inviting porch with space for shoes and coats and explore this three-storey property. The property is full of tiled floors sanded floors wood panelling feature fireplaces high ceilings and interesting artwork throughout. To your right is the fabulous dining room with feature fireplace housing a wood burner and a large dining table with space for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy a lovely meal whilst embracing the stunning views over the Conwy Valley. Continue through to the spacious kitchen with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal including electric Range oven and gas hob American style fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispensers microwave and dishwasher. Relax at the kitchen table and peruse the cookery books over a coffee. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. After dinner make yourselves at home in the elegant lounge where you will find a range of comfortable seating surrounding the open fire or walk through to second lounge with Smart TV and wood burner. Completing the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. The bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors all individually designed with TVs creating a personal haven for a good night s sleep. It will be difficult to choose between the six large and stylish bedrooms there s two bedrooms with four-poster king-size beds both with and en-suite bathrooms with freestanding bath separate shower and WC. There is also a large twin bedroom that is made up of two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath separate shower and WC. Or stay in the velvet king-size sleigh bed with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath separate shower and WC the king-size bedroom also with dressing room en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath separate shower and WC and finally the spacious king-size with en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath separate shower and WC. There are resting places on the landings nooks and grannies and special spaces to relax and unwind in this beautiful house and four of the six bedrooms share beautiful mountain views to the front of the property. Guests staying at the property have access to an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property with private hot tub and can enjoy the well-maintained gardens to the front of the property ideal for alfresco drinks or dining with the BBQ and to embrace the wonderful views from sunrise to sunset. There is ample off-road parking available.
