Within easy touring distance of the picturesque towns of Peebles Biggar Moffat and the pretty conservation village of West Linton. Or travel a little further afield and enjoy a trip to the elegant city of Edinburgh with its world-renowned festivals. The immediate area is a paradise for walking cycling and hiking with Ladyurd Forrest close at hand Pentland hills and even skiing at Hillend ski slope within easy reach. Mountain bikers will also be delighted with the nearby Glentress Forest one of the foremost mountain biking venues in the country or enjoy fishing for salmon and trout on the bonnie river Tweed. Stepping inside this lovely detached single storey cottage into the hall through to the light and bright comfortable lounge. Relax and enjoy cosy nights in front of the roaring wood burner or watch a great movie together on the Smart TV. Continuing back through the hallway you are then met with the fantastic spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner. Perfect for cooking up a storm with electric oven and induction hob fridge microwave washing machine and a handy dishwasher.
