This stylish cottage is conveniently located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the main road of the edge of the village of Lamberhurst a pretty Kent village with a local pub shop and restaurant. Those looking to soak up the local culture can enjoy Scotney Castle and Bayham Abbey which are less than a mile s drive away or slightly further afield is Lamberhurst vineyard one of the oldest vineyard s in Kent where you can sample the local wines or enjoy a guided tour. Families will love all that nearby Bewl Water has to offer with water sports cycle trails or just a simple stroll around the beautiful lake and Bedgebury Pinetum just four miles away is also a great place for children to explore. Enter the cottage through the front door which opens into the warm and cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a double-fronted wood burner comfy sofa a Smart TV and a vintage record player for whiling away an evening listening to some old school albums. There is a table suitable for four people to dine at and the kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect including an electric oven and hob dishwasher microwave fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The master bedroom leads off from the lounge and has a king-size bed Smart TV and has access to the wood burner. The second bedroom has twin beds and a Smart TV and the property is completed with a bathroom with a bath walk-in shower double basins and WC. The washing machine is located in the utility cupboard in the bathroom. French windows in the lounge lead out to a fully enclosed south facing patio area with a patio table and chairs four sun loungers a BBQ and hot tub. There is private parking for two cars and by arrangement there is also access to the owner s gym and bicycle storage.
