Enter the cottage through the front entrance porch where you can instantly appreciate the attention to detail the owner has invested into creating this fantastic holiday cottage from the Italian limestone flooring to the plantation shutters. The wonderfully social kitchen and dining room benefits marble topped dining table with ample seating for the whole group and Rangemaster gas oven and hob microwave dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine DAB digital radio and finished with underfloor heating.

Just beyond you ll find the utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and American style fridge/freezer which leads to the snug where the owner has created a lovely dog bedroom with access to both the front and back gardens your four-legged friends will love this space it even has it s own en-suite shower room not for the exclusive use of pets and a Smart TV.

The stylish lounge with Smart TV and DVD/Blu Ray player is a wonderful space to retire to after a long day exploring and cosy up in front of the wood burner. The single bedroom can also be found on the ground floor.
