Introduction

Set in the small fishing town of Newlyn where you will find everything you need from pubs cafes bars restaurants galleries and local shops all within walking distance. If you enjoy walking you will find lots of fantastic walks directly from the property. It is the perfect base for exploring wider area including Mousehole with gift shops galleries restaurants and a family friendly beach The Minack Theatre which is a unique cliff-top open-air theatre Porthcurno Lands End Sennen Cove and St Ives. Enter this single storey converted stable with private entrance through the porch and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. After a busy day you can relax on the sofa (which is a clic clac sofa bed) in the front of the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. In the kitchen area you will find it has everything you need to cook up a meal with electric oven and gas hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Through to the super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) bedroom with views and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside the property in an enclosed garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining with BBQ and garden furniture or sit in the beautiful shared garden area with granite standing stones fire pit seating and a shared wooden hot tub. Use of bikes body boards and wet suits are available and should you need to use a washing machine this can be arranged with the owner. There is a parking space for one car. Need to know: 1 bedroom super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request). 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Welcome pack on arrival. Travel cot and highchair available. Wood burner first basket of logs included. Smart TV in lounge.
