The town of Barnstaple with its pannier market and sports facilities are nine miles away. Footpaths and cycleways criss-cross the land and there is local access to the Tarka Trail just a short drive away. As you enter this charming cottage through the front door you are met by a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner attractively furnished relax on the comfortable sofas and watch your favourite TV show or enjoy a movie on the TV/DVD.
