Introduction

The historic town of Tavistock is within a short walk of the barn with an array of shops cafes pubs and restaurants. Tavistock being situated on the outskirts of the Dartmoor National Park means you are not too far from some of the most breath-taking views walks and cycle tracks Devon has to offer. Heading south you have the regional capital of Plymouth which offers an array of amenities not to mention its wealth of day trips the historic Hoe the National Marine Aquarium Theatre Royal and much more. Family attractions nearby are Pennywell Farm Southwest Segway Woodlands family theme park and The Dartmoor Mystery Treasure Trail. The delightful barn conversion is situated within the owner s grounds which is renowned for its beautiful scenery and trout fishery.On entering this split-level barn you are greeted by the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob coffee machine microwave fridge/freezer washer/dryer and you don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher to do the work for you. The lounge area which is accessed via a small set of stairs is a great space to sit back relax and watch a movie or two on the TV/DVD after a long day of exploring the local surroundings or if you still have the energy why not have a game of tennis on the Wii. Heading on up to the first floor there are two bedrooms one super-king-size (which can be made up as a twin on request) with a TV and one double with a TV. You will also find the bathroom here with a shower and WC. Down to the lower ground floor you have a double bedroom with TV patio doors leading out onto the garden area and an en-suite shower and WC. Venture outside to the small enclosed rear patio area where you will find the hot tub private BBQ and garden furniture. There is off-road parking available for two cars with this property.
