Located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Ide Hill which benefits from two local pubs this couples retreat is within easy reach of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its abundance of shopping and places to eat and drink and the village of Chiddingstone with a history dating back to the Tudor era. For those looking to explore the local area there are many castles and gardens on offer including Ightam Mote and Lullingstone Castle and Gardens. For those who prefer a walk on the wild side the RSPB Bough Beech Reservoir is directly opposite the property and the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has an amazing array of footpaths and bridleways to explore. A warm welcome is always assured here in this ground floor apartment. The front door leads you into the welcoming kitchen. Head though to the cosy lounge which is fused with contemporary charm and traditional characteristics. Relax on the comfy sofa and spend lazy evenings here watching your favourite movie on the Smart TV or just simply enjoying each other s company. Prepare your favourite meals in the kitchen which benefits from an electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. The master bedroom is a calming space with a double bed dressing table and the finishing touches make this bedroom a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring. The property is completed with a shower room with shower and WC. Outside the cottage couples can enjoy their morning coffee whilst watching the local wildlife on the bistro-style table and chairs overlooking the pretty pond. After enjoying a day out you can rest your laurels in the shared indoor hot tub sauna or enjoy a rejuvenating swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool with outdoor shower and WC which is open for use from May until September by arrangement with the owner and on a rota basis with the neighbouring property. There are also ample woodlands a picnic area and a tennis court for guests to use with prior arrangement. There is private parking for one car.
