Introduction

Two miles from Whitchurch within a fifteen miles radius visit the markets towns of Wrexham and Oswestry historic Llangollen and medieval Chester. This is a great location whatever the time of year for friends and family to have a relaxing or active holiday. Ride or stride along the Cheshire Sandstone Trail and the Shropshire Way it s a walkers paradise in all directions. Enjoy river trips in historic Chester a ride on the horse-drawn canal boat in Llangollen or boating on Ellesmere lake. Explore the caves at Hawkstone Park Follies visit Hodnest Hall Cholmonderley Castle and Gardens National Trust s Erddig and Chirk Castle Chester Zoo and the racecourse. There is so much to see and do with stunning views independent shopping and fabulous eateries along the way. Walk into the porch and into the hallway enjoy this beautiful property with period features underfloor heating wood burner and luxurious comfort throughout. The stylish kitchen is straight ahead with the island taking centre stage creating a sociable space to rustle up a meal for everyone well-equipped with everything you need including two electric ovens and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. After dinner head into the lounge with comfy sofas a wood burner and a Smart TV for those cosy evenings in. Completing the ground floor is the first bedroom a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite shower room with WC there is also a separate WC here too. Head upstairs to the first floor and find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. First is the king-size with an en-suite shower room with WC next is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request with an en-suite bathroom with bath shower and WC there is a further super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite bathroom with shower freestanding copper bath and WC. The last bedroom is attached to the main house but is accessed via the garden with its own sitting area a narrow staircase leads to the double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. The lovely garden surrounds the house mostly laid to lawn with established hedges shrubs and fencing.
