Introduction

Visit nearby Trebarwith Strand which has lifeguards during the summer season a surf school and is pet friendly. From here step out on the South West Coast Path and take in the glorious views of the north coast on the route. Also close by is the medieval village of Tintagel with its craggy ruins steeped in myths and legends and home to Tintagel Castle one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain and where you can walk over the stunning new 60-meter bridge set between two cliffs and the picture-postcard fishing village of Boscastle. In addition and just slightly further afield the coastal villages of Port Isaac where TV s Doc Martin is filmed Padstow Rock are all well worth a visit and a haven for foodies. On entering this fabulous property and due to the unique reverse level arrangement you will firstly find the delightfully cosy bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts stunning painted antique-style furniture and the first is a lovely king-size bedroom with a TV and overlooking the garden. In addition to this there are two beautifully presented double bedrooms one of which also boasts a TV plus a cosy twin bedroom. Completing the offering on the ground floor is a family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs and on to the first floor you will find that the accommodation opens into an impressive open-plan kitchen/diner with a stunning vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. There is also a stable door leading to steps down to the garden meaning that you can enjoy dining outside with ease when the weather permits. The kitchen itself is appointed with a great range of appliances including an electric Range style oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and a washing machine. Located just off this space you will also find a lovely contemporary shower room with shower and WC. The final room inside the property is the warm and welcoming lounge and here the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams continue. In this room you will also find comfortable leather sofas arranged around a Smart TV and wood burner plus a set of French doors which open onto a Juliet balcony meaning you can enjoy the fresh countryside air whilst relaxing. Located to the side and rear of the property further highlights await in the shape of the fabulous outside space. This comprises a generously proportioned enclosed garden with a lawn patio area garden furniture BBQ. and Hot Tub April 2021. Private off-road parking for three cars is also provided.
