The stunning West Wales coastline is just a short drive away where dolphin and seal spotting trips are readily available. Nearby picturesque New Quay has a lovely harbour fabulous sandy beaches and a fine selection of restaurants shops and cafes. A little further along is Aberaeron famous for the colour palette of its harbourside buildings whilst the market town of Llandysul is close by and has independent shops and eateries to enjoy. On entering this stylish property guests will come first to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers a sociable spot to prepare food and dine with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The lounge area has comfortable seating and is perfect for switching on the Smart TV and flicking through the channels or perhaps catching up on your favourite DVD. There is a bright relaxing king-sized bedroom on the upper floor and a twin room with two single beds. There is also a shower room with shower and WC.
