Guests enter the house through the front door which brings them into the hallway which in turn leads into the elegant lounge. This space looks out towards the lovely gardens and is furnished with relaxing sofas a warming wood burner and is finished with some carefully chosen pieces of decor that liven the whole room letting guests enjoy the artistic tastes of the owners. A second lounge an equally attractive room which also has a wood burner and features impressive Georgian paneling and Smart TV with Sky. Guests will pass the hallway area with another wood burner and relaxing seating to enjoy a good book this leads to the sleek kitchen which is equipped with a very high standard offering a gas AGA gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as some thoughtful extras including a coffee machine and island seating area plus round table and chairs. There is a separate laundry space in a cloakroom just off the main hall which is home to the washing machine as well as a WC. Next to the kitchen is the grand dining room with majestic table and chairs and bar area plus patio doors out onto the decking. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king-size bed. A grand staircase leads to the first floor where the remaining of the property s bedrooms can be found. The first of these is the master super-king-size room which benefits from a sanctuary-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The second bedroom is king-size and the third a charming super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made into a twin on request. There is also a bathroom with shower bath and WC on this floor.
