The traditional village of Madley is within walking distance and offers a well-stocked village store and traditional inn excellent fish and chips plus a 9-hole golf course tennis courts and fishing. The area offers great walking with footpaths and quiet lanes to explore. You can picnic alongside the River Wye or tackle Hay Bluff The Black Mountains or Brecon Beacons and it s ideal for cyclists and canoeing.

A trip to one of the many market towns for farmers market or browsing the independent shops Hay-on-Wye is famed for books and the annual international literary festival and the market towns of Monmouth Ledbury Ross-on-Wye Ludlow Kington and Leominster and nearby villages offer castles and historic monuments to explore. A stunning view greets you as you step inside this elegant home which has been beautifully finished to an exceptional standard.

There is also a fifth bedroom suite separately accessed for 2 guests with a super-king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin) with a large bath and shower room ensuite and a snug sitting room.
