Introduction

The stunning cathedral city of Exeter is within easy reach and only slightly further afield you will find a variety of coastal towns and villages well worth a visit including Exmouth Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. You will also be spoilt for choice when it comes to days out with Escot Park and Bicton Park Botanical Gardens just a short drive away and foodies are well catered for with Otterton Mill the Greendale Farm Shop and Darts Farm all close by. Other attractions in the area include numerous National Trust properties Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks and Westpoint Exeter which hosts the Devon County Show and a variety of trade and entertainment events. Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the warm and welcoming lounge/diner. Here cosy sofas are arranged in front of the TV and provide a perfect place to relax after a day exploring whilst the dining area located beside is a lovely venue for laid back meals.
